Nurses and Nurse Practitioners of BC is a fully remote organization with staff across the province who are focused on advancing the nursing profession and strengthening health care.

Our work spans advocacy, professional practice support, member engagement, education, communications, events and operations. Whether we are supporting members directly, advancing policy priorities or building programs that respond to the needs of nurses and nurse practitioners, our team is united by a shared commitment to mission-driven work. We are committed to cultural safety, cultural humility, anti-racism, equity and reconciliation, guided by Indigenous practice standards and provincial and national commitments. These values inform how we work together and how we engage with members, partners and communities.
