Pathways to Wellness
NNPBC provides a variety of tools for nurses to help address the current mental health crisis by focusing on enhancing provider wellness. These self-directed modules and reflective guides, generously funded by the Canadian Nurses Foundation (CNF), can be undertaken at any time and aim to provide nursing professionals with tools to manage their mental health needs.

Meet the facilitators

Lori-anne Demers
Walk with individuals and groups to support them in remembering who they are, discovering what they love, and being true to themselves on behalf of the greater good.
Lori-anne is the founder of the Core Alignment Pathway of public and corporate programs as well as a transformative coach and trainer who works with leaders in organizations and communities. She coaches CEOs, senior-level executives, and leaders in both private and public sectors around their vision, leadership, legacies, and corporate culture. She also facilitates Personal Power and trains others to facilitate this life-transforming program.

Sonal Kavia
Flourishing and connected communities of people who are centered in peace and who embody radiant presence.
Sonal is a consultant and speaker who has facilitated personal and professional development for educators and leadership teams in school systems. She has collaborated with university initiatives and worked closely with non-profit organizations. Sonal is certified to facilitate trauma-sensitive mindfulness meditation and yoga. Her leadership studies include training with Margaret Wheatley and the Presencing Institute. She is currently completing her leadership coaching certification.

Jenn Pretious Koh
Jenn is an awakener, supporting individuals and organizations to awaken to new possibilities and discover the gems of opportunity and growth in challenge and change. For over 20 years she has partnered with clients across diverse industries in public and private sectors through transformational leadership, organizational development, and as a change and resilience consultant. She is a certified professional coach and yoga, breathwork and meditation instructor. Jenn believes in the power of self-mastery and personal resilience practices as key to grounded, joyful and servant leadership.

Devaiya Ra
Devaiya is a Certified Professional Coach with over 15 years of experience in coaching and facilitation. His core purpose is to help individuals and teams achieve their goals and unlock their full potential. As a catalyst for radical change, Devaiya helps clients activate and disrupt subconscious patterns that are holding them back. Implementing somatic and mindfulness practices to deepen the impact of his work, he supports clients in connecting to their whole selves – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually – to create a clear path to their desired outcomes. Devaiya’s approach is grounded in the unique ability to walk between worlds helping individuals and teams to change, shift, and grow from a holistic lens in their personal and professional purpose.
